Refund Policy – All Sales Are Final

ALL PURCHASES MADE THROUGH DANIELCHI.LIVE, GO.DANIELCHI.LIVE, VIRTUALEVENTACADEMY.IO, LIVEPRODUCERPLAYBOOK.COM, AND VIRTUALEVENTBLUEPRINT.COM ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the content, failure to access or use the materials, change of mind, or personal circumstances.
Access to digital content, courses, and program materials is granted immediately upon purchase. Because this access is irrevocable and instantaneous, all sales are final at the moment of purchase.
Subscription and membership fees are non-refundable, including any fees already billed for the current billing period.
If a payment plan or installment arrangement is selected, you remain obligated to complete all remaining payments regardless of whether you access, use, or complete the program.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider for a valid charge is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to pursue collection of owed amounts and to revoke your access to all programs and materials in such cases.
