I had the pleasure of being part of an amazing team with Live Streaming Pros, to produce a MASSIVE VIRTUAL LIVE EVENT.

My Role:

• Remote producer, managing guest speakers in and out of the greenroom, attendee Q&A management
• Supporting the in-person producer (shoutout to Greg Koorhan!)
• Event registration automations

Highlights:

• Multiple Zoom Rooms, each with attendees who could, at any time, 
• Multiple local screens, each displaying speakers, gallery views, comments, notes, and more details so the host, Luria Petrucci, can speak manage the event just like she was in front of a live audience
